Rack of Lamb -  Frenched rack of New Zealand Lamb rosemary rubbed, slow roasted and served over Gorgonzola mashed potatoes with grilled asparagus
Roasted Vegetable Ravioli’s - Hand filled ravioli’s with roasted vegetables in a light saffron cream sauce on a bed of wilted baby spinach and julienne vegetables topped with a crisp sweet potato fritta
Filet Mignon -  Grilled and smothered in a garlic lime cilantro butter; served atop a bed of tri-colored fingerling potatoes with shallots, shitakki and oyster mushroom and fava beans in a Port wine reduction
Grilled Veal Chop - Bone in center cut choice veal chop grilled to perfection and topped with truffle honey  over creamy mashed potatoes with brussel sprouts
Seared Ahi Tuna - Dry rubbed sushi grade tuna seared to your temperature liking in a blood orange vinaigrette and served over Miso sweet potatoes and finished with napa cabbage, carrot, snap pea and roasted grape tomato salad
